Day 5 – Obsidian Falls area to South Matheu Lake

Day 5 - the most epic day. Started before Obsidian Falls, trail goes up to it, then you see the obsidian falls spring, then the trail gets into an epic valley, green and lush, then up to a pass at around 7000 feet, then back down, until I got to the same lake I stayed at the first night. All day on the Pacific Crest Trail.
Route: PCT/trail 2000 North, past Obsidian Springs, over Opie Dillcock pass (6890 ft.), past Minnie Scott Spring, then trail 3521, then back to South Matheu Lake.
